Minutes/Warrants/Delegations

• Minutes were not addressed
• Warrants 029, 030, 031 & 032 approved (Caffrey/Reid) Passed unanimously
• No delegations

New Business

• Current gas aquisition price $3.96 including tax (excluding delivery)
• Motion (Smith/Reid) to change Low Lead gasoline sale price to $4.28 Passed unanimously
• Motion (Smith/Caffrey) to pay Baker $500 for Fuel farm engineering, balance not to be paid until GAC receives funding. Passed unanimously
• Motion: (Kreckman/Caffrey) T Hangar contract pricing: Current monthly rates of $110/$77/$100 change to $115/$80/$105, respectively, Passed unanimously
• Motion: (Smith/Caffrey) T Hangar contract: Replace 2% annual increase with "Annual GAC Board Review", Passed unanimously

Manager's Report

• Aircraft oil ordered
• NDB Re-certified at a cost of $345.
• Michael Hargrave passed the MDOT Airport Manager certification.
• Steel cleanup $166 received for our scrap steel
• Grass seed and fertilizer purchased
• Russ Dempsey expressed interest in parachuting at airport
• Jail inmate labor being utilized at airport
• Invoice from Chirs Muma Forest Products for hydraulic hose. Mike Hargrave to contact John Deere dealer who reportedly previously pledged to pay.
• Miscellaneous general building and grounds maintenance
• Insurance Inspection: GFI outlets to be replaced
