• Motion
  to approve warrants motion Smith/McKenna, passed
• Delegation:
  Barb Miller made comment on airport lawn care regarding high grass next
  to runway and high weeds near hangers.? Hargrave will look into
  this.

Business

• Caffrey
  reported that District Court case involving Bassel Bullard law suit
  was adjudicated and court made a finding that Airport will pay Bullard
  $200.00 plus $54.00 court cost.

Managers
Report

• BP
  inspected tanks all approved/passed
• Repairs
  made to City/County Hanger
• Getting
  prices on above ground fuel tanks
• Runway
  lights were out twice due to breaker tripping, Alward Electric replaced
  old breaker
• Repairs/maintenance/improvements
  made to wind sock and segmented circle
• Hargrave
  brought up managers 6 month contract up in August he asked it be extended
  with no changes
• Bob
  Moffit, Mike Hargrave and Arenac County EDC director met 8/13 to discuss
  having Saginaw Tribe Chippewa Indians Standish casino courtesy care
  available at airport for casino VIP?s cost to be paid for by the Tribe.
