- Acceptance of Minutes 1/10/2008, 1/28/2008, 2/6/2008
- Correction of all minutes 8/28/2007 to correct spelling of Whittington
- No warrants addressed

9. This lease is personal to the LESSEE and may not be assigned or transferred to another. The premises may be used only for the storage of aircraft and items directly associated with the use and maintenance of aircraft. The premises may not be used for the storage of motor vehicles, trailers, household items or the like, and such use shall be a default in this lease. Provided that the hangar is principally and actively used for the storage of aircraft, Airport Manager may provide written permission for storage of items not directly associated with use and maintenance of aircraft for the term of this lease or 12 months, whichever is less. Such permission must be obtained each lease period and prior permission is no assurance of future permission. The hangar may not be used for any commercial purposes, including the repair or maintenance of aircraft (excepting the LESSEE’s aircraft) without specific permission of the Airport, which may require additional undertakings to be agreed by LESSEE as a condition of such use.
- Smith/Whittington, Move to change contracts as noted above. Unanimously PASSED.
- Michael Smith and Michael Hargrave to work on T-hangar lease increase.
New Business
- 2008 Schedule of Meetings- 2nd Thursday of each month 8:30 a.m at the airport.
- Manager Contract Changes
- Hangar, Snowplowing & Employees acceptable. Contract price to be increased to $25,750 and Airport Commission will discontinue the practice of paying for workers compensation insurance. Prior practice appears to be in violation of prior contract(s). Discussion postponed until next month.
- Invoice from Basil Bullard regarding hangar storage of tractor $100/month beginning 4/14/2007
- Discussion Issues included: tractor purchase without authorization, failure of subsequent proposal to disclose rent expense, lack of commission authorization for rental expense, failure to disclose rent on a timely basis and conflict of interest, accordingly, on the question of paying the proffered charges
- Caffrey/Kreckman: We are disinclined to acquiesce to Basil's request. Means no. Ayes: The Entire Crew Nays: Nary a one. PASSED
- Manager to discuss placing some manure from the grounds on airport grounds with Joanne Varner of the fair board
Manager Report
- Snow excessive. NOTAM for snow today. City has been helping plow runway
- 3100 gallons of low lead fuel in tanks
- 3.28 (tax exclusive) is the current price from BP
- Wear bars and shoe pads received, should not receive a bill due to exchange with Chris Muma who previously made hydraulic hoses for the tractor that were to be paid by the tractor dealer.
- Reinstalled Sump pump in basement
- Runway Crack & Seal Project being investigated
